About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Support Worker to join our team at Brook View School. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our young people, helping them to build their confidence, knowledge, and skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to young people with complex needs, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with young people, their families, and other professionals.
  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of personalized care plans, ensuring the needs of each young person are met.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support.

Requirements:

  • Level 2 or Level 3 Care qualification.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Ability to work flexible shift patterns, including nights and weekends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for improving the lives of others.
