Remuneration: Up to £38,000 neg + commission, OTE £44,000

Job Overview:
- As a Sales Executive for Plumbing and Heating Solutions, you will be responsible for selling the design, manufacture, and supply of underfloor heating systems to main contractors, plumbing contractors, mechanical contractors, and housebuilders.
- This is an office-based role with occasional travel to sites and client visits as necessary.
- You will be responsible for bringing on new business, increasing brand awareness, and strengthening our client's position within the market.
- You will generate sales opportunities via various resource channels such as networking, social media, existing accounts, and visiting new potential clients.
- You will develop and maintain strong, long-lasting business relationships.
- You will liaise with clients and customers to gain a full understanding of their requirements, enabling you to offer expert advice that meets their needs.
- You will provide an excellent level of customer service at all times.
- You will follow up on enquiries and update the internal CRM system with accurate information.
- Typical project values vary between £5k and £10k.
Ideal Applicant:
- You must have office sales experience, ideally within the construction industry or a B2B environment.
- Contract selling experience would be highly beneficial.
- Underfloor heating experience would be advantageous, however not essential.
- You must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- You must have strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- You must have excellent customer service skills.
- You must be highly organized and focused with strong time management skills.
- You must be self-motivated, confident, driven, and ambitious.
- You must have a full UK driving license.
