Job Overview

Burnage Academy for Boys is a high-achieving Single Academy Trust that prioritizes the well-being and success of its pupils. With a strong focus on resilience, independence, and care, the academy aims to provide an exceptional education that prepares students for future success.

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Operations to lead the academy's operational functions, ensuring seamless management of key areas such as finance, HR, estates, health & safety, and compliance. This strategic leadership role requires a flexible and innovative approach to supporting the academy's educational objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the operational functions of the academy, ensuring compliance and efficiency
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the academy's offering
  • Manage key non-academic operations, including finance, HR, estates, health & safety, and compliance
  • Collaborate with the Headteacher/CEO to drive the academy's vision and mission
