**Job Description:**

  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of funerals, including the transfer of the deceased from our mortuary to the place of burial or cremation;
  • Work closely with funeral directors and other staff members to ensure that every funeral is tailored to meet the specific needs of the family;
  • Provide exceptional customer service to families and friends attending funerals;
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including attendance registers and funeral schedules;

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Able to demonstrate empathy, patience, and understanding when dealing with grieving families;
  • Basic knowledge of funeral procedures and practices;
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends;
