Job Title: Development Support Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Land Team with site acquisitions and disposals.
  • Conducting research and analysis to provide market data and insights.
  • Maintaining accurate records of landowner data and contact information.
  • Collaborating with Senior Land Directors and Land Managers on high-profile projects.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant subject, such as Real Estate, Planning, Geography, or History.
  • Professional and commercial acumen.
  • A full driving licence.

The estimated salary for this role is £22,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
