Senior Sales Operations Manager

We are partnering with Medlock Partners to find a Senior Sales Operations Manager. The successful candidate will be part of a professional services recruitment specialist operating across England.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales leader to take on a challenging role, leading and managing a small sales team to achieve sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Main Responsibilities:- Sales Leadership: Lead the Sales team by setting clear targets and focusing on customer service to achieve monthly/annual sales and margin targets.
- Account Management: Promote the brand through customer visits and regular telephone contact to enhance existing and create new business.
- Administration: Ensure accurate quotations/orders and follow procedures, process payments and maintain accurate records.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor ERP sales performance and work with operations to ensure on-time delivery.
- Leadership Experience: Previous sales leadership experience.
- Improvement Focus: Able to identify areas for improvement.
- Achievement Drive: Thrives on achieving overall team sales targets.
The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 per annum, based on a 37.5 hour week with a finish time of 2:30pm on Fridays. The company offers a competitive package, including benefits that align with industry standards.
