Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate SEN teaching assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children who require personalized care and tailored learning experiences to help them overcome social, emotional, and mental health difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and providing one-to-one and small group support to help children regulate their emotions and achieve learning objectives.
  • Build trusting relationships with students to support their emotional well-being and help them develop social skills and resilience.
Requirements:
  • Desirable: Experience working with children with SEMH needs or challenging behaviour.
  • Preferred qualifications: CACHE Level 2 or 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning, or experience in a similar SEMH setting.

Salary Information
