About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join our East Early Intervention for Psychosis team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals experiencing first episode psychosis and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hold a share of the team caseload and work to a high standard in engaging with and educating clients and their support network.
  • Benefit from regular supervision and monthly service-focused CPD events.
  • Support suitable clinicians in training in Family Intervention and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Psychosis.

Requirements
  • BSc/Diploma in Occupational Therapy.
  • Experience of working with patients with complex needs.
  • Relevant post-graduate experience in specialist areas such as AMPS, sensory integration, DBT, CBT, MOHOST, and ALLENS cognitive scales.
Desirable Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience of working with those with a First Episode of Psychosis.
  • Group work skills facilitation training.
  • Leadership experience/qualification.
