Job Description:

In this rewarding role, you will work closely with our clients to help them overcome various challenges. Your tasks may include:

* Delivering keyworker sessions to support service users in achieving their goals
* Building strong relationships with clients and advocating on their behalf when necessary
* Collaborating with other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for our clients

If you are passionate about making a positive impact on people's lives, we want to hear from you This role requires a Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject or equivalent experience. We encourage applicants who possess a strong sense of empathy and understanding, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Our ideal candidate will also have a valid driving licence and access to a vehicle.

The salary for this position is £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
