About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Employee Support Specialist to join our team at WhereToTalk. The successful candidate will provide expert support and guidance to employees, promoting their well-being and mental health.

The ideal candidate will have BACP Accreditation, UKCP Registration, or equivalent registration with HPC/BABCP/BPS/BPC as a Counsellor/Psychotherapist/Counselling Psychologist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide confidential one-to-one counselling sessions for staff members;
  • To work closely with senior management to develop and implement wellbeing initiatives;
  • To collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure effective employee support systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Counselling or Psychology;
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of £52,000 - £60,000 pa inclusive, with potential to progress to £67,000 pa inclusive of London allowance;
