Endoscopy Nurse Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Endoscopy Nurse to join our team in the West Midlands. As a member of our Gastroenterology team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our clinical services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work as part of a dynamic team in an acute Endoscopy Unit
  • Manage emergency situations and GI bleeds with confidence
  • Administer IV medication and fluids safely and effectively
  • Identify and escalate deteriorating patients promptly

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years' recent experience within an acute Endoscopy Unit
  • Signed off as a competent Endoscopy Nurse
  • Able to work in unfamiliar environments using initiative and experience

Salary and Benefits

  • Excellent day rate from £300
  • Ongoing sessions available for flexible scheduling
  • Part-time and full-time roles available to suit your needs
  • Training and orientation provided where needed
