About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Resolution Laboratory Technician to join our team in a laboratory setting. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for assessing and trending the performance of our specialized diagnostic products. By facilitating ongoing assessment of product performance, you'll contribute to the success of our specialty diagnostics assays through continual product improvement.



Key Responsibilities


  • Perform assessment of External Quality Assurance (EQA) schemes and 3rd party multi-analyte control samples across a range of automated test platforms.
  • Accurately record test data and provide 1st level sign off on quality records.
  • Follow a daily schedule of assigned work, sourcing and preparing raw materials in a timely manner for successful work completion.
  • Complete maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment, identifying and highlighting any performance or technical issues to your line manager.
  • Demonstrate awareness and compliance to GMP, company quality and Health and Safety policies.


Requirements

To succeed in this position, you'll need a keen attention to detail, strong adherence to documented laboratory procedures, and excellent collaboration skills. A minimum of 3 A-Levels (including one or more of Biology, Maths or Chemistry) is required, and previous experience in a laboratory setting is a plus. Familiarity with GMP and H&S policies is also desirable.
