About the Role

Site King, a leading workwear company, is seeking a highly skilled TikTok Livestream Presenter and Platform Manager to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about TikTok and have the skills to present engaging content.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Creation and Management
    • Develop and implement a content strategy to increase brand visibility and engagement on TikTok.
    • Collaborate with TikTok creators and influencers to enhance content and foster partnerships.
    • Manage and optimize video descriptions, hashtags, and content organization to enhance discoverability and channel organization.
  • Live Streaming and Presentation
    • Host live streaming sessions to interact with the audience, showcase workwear and fashion products, and maintain high engagement levels.
    • Develop and deliver engaging live streaming content that aligns with the brand's image and values.
  • Performance Monitoring and Analysis
    • Continuously monitor and analyze the performance metrics of both TikTok channels to assess growth and engagement.
    • Use data to inform content decisions and optimize performance.
  • Advertising and Promotion
    • Plan and execute advertising campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
    • Develop and implement promotional strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience and expertise in TikTok, including knowledge of algorithms and current trends.
  • Strong presentation and live streaming skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in managing social media platforms, preferably on TikTok.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to the evolving social media landscape.
  • A charismatic and energetic personality, along with a genuine passion for TikTok.
Benefits
  • Competitive salary ranging from £25,000 to £30,000 per annum (based on experience).
