The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, supporting students' social and emotional development, and fostering a love for learning. As a Child Development Professional, you will work collaboratively with a supportive team of educators to contribute to the overall success of the school.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective teaching strategies that promote child development and well-being.
  • Create a safe and inclusive learning environment that fosters social and emotional growth.
  • Establish strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a seamless transition between home and school.
  • Monitor and assess students' progress, providing regular feedback to stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of students' achievements and behavior.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), EYTS, PGCE, and a strong academic record.
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, with a focus on Early Years Foundation Stage (Nursery) or equivalent.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of the EYFS curriculum and assessment frameworks.
  • Able to create a positive and engaging learning environment for young children.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to effectively plan and deliver lessons.
  • Possession of a valid DBS check.

Salary Range: £30,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
