Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective teaching strategies that promote child development and well-being.
- Create a safe and inclusive learning environment that fosters social and emotional growth.
- Establish strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a seamless transition between home and school.
- Monitor and assess students' progress, providing regular feedback to stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of students' achievements and behavior.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), EYTS, PGCE, and a strong academic record.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, with a focus on Early Years Foundation Stage (Nursery) or equivalent.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of the EYFS curriculum and assessment frameworks.
- Able to create a positive and engaging learning environment for young children.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to effectively plan and deliver lessons.
- Possession of a valid DBS check.
Salary Range: £30,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
