Job Title: Senior P6 Planner

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior P6 Planner to join our team at Europlan Group. As a Senior P6 Planner, you will play a critical role in our engineering and construction projects in the industrial sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including critical path analysis, resource allocation, and progress tracking.
  • Monitor and control project budgets, track expenses, and provide accurate cost forecasts. Implement cost control measures to prevent overruns.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks. Develop risk management strategies to ensure project success.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for project performance evaluation. Provide regular project status reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Evaluate and manage project changes, including scope changes, schedule adjustments, and cost impact assessments via the Early Warning Register.
  • Coordinate with resource managers to ensure the availability of personnel and equipment as per project requirements.
  • Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure that projects adhere to quality standards and specifications.
  • Maintain effective communication with project teams, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the project.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (essential), Construction Management, or related field.
  • 10+ years' experience in project controls within the construction industry (essential).
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 is essential.
  • Knowledge of other project management software and tools.
  • Master's degree in Project Management or a related field, (desired).
  • Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PMI-SP, CCP) are a plus.

Reporting:

  • Daily report via email.
  • Weekly Report to the Project Director.
  • Monthly Report to the Project Director and Board of Management.
