Job Summary:

GSL Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Education Support Professional to join our team at a client school in South Benfleet. As a key member of the educational support staff, you will play a vital role in creating an inclusive and positive learning environment for students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons to support student learning and achievement.
  • Provide individualized support to students who require additional assistance, promoting their well-being and engagement.
  • Foster positive relationships with students, teachers, and other school staff to enhance the overall learning environment.
  • Support the implementation of behavior management strategies to promote a safe and respectful learning environment.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to develop and implement strategies to support student learning and achievement.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, teachers, and other school staff.
  • Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for supporting student success.
  • Initiative and a willingness to collaborate with the teaching team to enhance student learning and achievement.
