The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in electronics project management, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing NPI development. You will be self-motivated, technically excellent, and a strong communicator. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and sustainment of electronic hardware products
  • Manage NPI development and ensure new products are delivered on time and to quality and cost targets
  • Provide technical leadership and direction to cross-functional project teams
  • Collaborate with the R&D team to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards

Requirements:

  • Strong track record in electronics project management
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing NPI development
  • Self-motivated, technically excellent, and a strong communicator
  • Advanced Microsoft Professional experience
  • Provable Project Management experience with Waterfall & Scrum
