We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and companionship to our clients in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and administering medication
- Offer companionship and social interaction to clients, engaging in activities such as conversation, hobbies, and outings
- Document care activities and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with the office team to discuss client needs and develop care plans
- A competitive hourly rate of £12.00 p/h weekdays and £12.50 p/h weekends, plus holiday pay and pension
- Full-time and part-time roles available, with a minimum of 1-hour client visits
- No uniform required, allowing you to blend in with clients' families
- Mileage paid at 30p per mile, plus travel time paid
- Double pay on Bank holidays
- Fully paid ongoing in-house training, including the Care Certificate
- 1:1 mentoring from an experienced Care Professional
- Funded study for NVQ Level 2 & 3 Apprenticeship
- A friendly and supportive team environment with 24/7 on-call support
