About the Position:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual to fill the role of Youth Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively with young people and professionals to develop innovative solutions that improve opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-create solutions with young people and professionals to improve opportunities.
  • Develop skills to work co-productively with others, leading to stronger relationships and a sense of community.

The Role:

As a Youth Advisor, you will be responsible for leading change in the Employment and Skills space, employing young people with lived experience to improve the system. You will receive support in developing your skills and working co-productively.

Requirements:

  • You must be aged 16-24.
  • You must have experience of not being in education, employment or training.
  • You must be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children/vulnerable adults.

Selection Process:

  • We require a satisfactory reference history of at least two years.
  • A Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check is required.
  • Medical clearance is necessary.
  • Evidence of any essential qualifications is required.
  • Proof of Right to Work in the UK is needed.
