About the Role

As a Tablet Manufacturing Specialist, you will play a crucial part in our production team at THG's facility in Blackpool. We are seeking a highly motivated and hardworking individual to join our team.

Job Summary

We handle everything in-house, including technology, content creation, e-commerce, marketing, manufacturing, new product development, and logistics. This comprehensive approach ensures we can fully realise our vision and maintain our leadership in a rapidly evolving global industry.

You will be working in a cleanroom environment (PPE provided) with a number of positions available throughout the production process based on previous experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in the manufacture of tablets, capsules, and/or blending of powders.

The right candidate will have;

  • Good communications skills
  • Have a keenness to learn and develop new skills
  • Strong timekeeping skills
  • The ability to work independently or as part of a great team
  • Attention to detail
Responsibilities:
  • Ensure Health & Safety standards are maintained
  • Conduct Quality Control tests as required
  • Set up the manufacturing equipment and process.
  • Ensure the smooth running of the manufacturing operation
  • Operate, control, monitor and conduct cleaning for the manufacturing process equipment.
  • Ensure we can achieve our KPIs and targets.
  • Ensure the work area meets required GMP & BRC standards
  • Maintain and support right first-time culture
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional shift allowances where applicable. You will also receive birthday leave, staff discounts on THG products, and be part of a Disability Confident Committed employer.
