Lettings Administrator Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and organized Lettings Administrator to join our team at Adecco. As a key member of our Lettings team, you will play a vital role in supporting the administration of tenancies, ensuring seamless communication with clients and tenants, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and manage tenancy agreements, inventories, and other relevant documentation.
  • Conduct thorough background checks and referencing for potential tenants.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Coordinate property viewings and inspections, ensuring timely and efficient communication with all parties.
  • Manage the property database, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Assist with financial matters, including rent collections and deposit management.
  • Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors to coordinate repairs and maintenance, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices, ensuring compliance and excellence in all aspects of the role.
