- Market Research: Collaborate with our Insight team to gain consumer insights for product growth.
- Negotiation & Contracting: Negotiate and contract land products for Specialist Products with relevant teams.
- Tour Costing: Compile, manage, and update all tour costings to achieve target margins.
- Supplier & Product Management: Manage supplier agreements and contracts.
- Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor activity and its impact on our tours.
- Customer Service: Manage Customer Service information requests promptly.
- Product Training: Deliver clear and professional product training as needed.
- Accuracy in Marketing: Check brochure and website content for accuracy and suggest improvements.
- Demonstrable experience as a Product Manager, ideally in European travel/solo tours.
- Strong relationship-building skills with key suppliers.
- Strategic and commercial mindset with strong negotiation skills.
- Creative and proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Team player with the capability to work independently.
- High accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Well-developed organizational skills.
- Proactive and able to use initiative.
- Knowledge of another European language (desired but not essential).
