Active Personnel is seeking a skilled Supply Chain Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our supply chain, from procurement to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and factories.
  2. Analyse data to inform purchasing decisions and optimize inventory levels.
  3. Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, tracking shipments from origin to delivery.
  4. Liaise with suppliers on quality issues, customer returns, and performance metrics.
  5. Produce reports and propose improvements to ensure best-selling products are always in stock.
  6. Maintain attention to detail, data literacy, and excellent coordination skills.
  7. Channel customer orders onto relevant systems, ensuring order accuracy.
  8. Facilitate customer and supplier orders, ensuring on-time delivery.
  9. Manage and track orders using various spreadsheet systems and technology platforms.
  10. Update multiple spreadsheets and documents daily with attention to detail.
  11. Reconcile invoices to agreements and ensure discounts are issued.
  12. Assist in maintaining spend within budget and provide regular updates to the management team.
  13. Continuously review and improve company processes.
  14. Manage external suppliers and be accountable for customer order fulfillment.
