You'll be working with a dynamic team to provide a supportive and inclusive environment, teaching new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging clients to access local communities, socialising, and participating in activities. This is an amazing opportunity for someone who wants to help people gain more independence in their daily lives.

We're looking for individuals who are genuinely caring, hands-on, and passionate about enhancing the quality of life for our clients. You don't need experience to be a fantastic Life Skills Coach; what you need is a passion for learning and a willingness to develop your skills. We offer an excellent training programme, starting at induction, and following you through your career, with opportunities for promotion and progression.

Our benefits package includes:

  • An estimated salary of £24,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
  • Enhanced evening and weekend pay at 50p per hour (Ts & Cs apply)
