Nursery Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to join our team at JEM Childcare Solutions. Our clients' beautiful nursery in Barnet requires a dedicated professional to support the day-to-day running of the setting, working a 40-hour week with a competitive salary of circa £45,000, depending on experience, and excellent benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support a team of childcare professionals
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to ensure high-quality care and education
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve outstanding Ofsted ratings
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the nursery, including staff supervision and resource allocation
Requirements
  • Minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years/Childcare
  • At least 3 years' experience in a Day Nursery setting
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework and Ofsted standards
