We are seeking an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to join our team at JEM Childcare Solutions. Our clients' beautiful nursery in Barnet requires a dedicated professional to support the day-to-day running of the setting, working a 40-hour week with a competitive salary of circa £45,000 depending on experience, and fantastic benefits.
Key Responsibilities- Support the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for children.
- Lead and support a team of experienced childcare professionals, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance the nursery's reputation and achieve outstanding Ofsted ratings.
- Collaborate with the management team to drive business growth and expansion.
- Minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years/Childcare.
- At least 3 years' experience of working in a Day Nursery, with a proven track record of leadership and team management.
- Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations, as well as Ofsted standards and requirements.
- A genuine passion for working with children and a commitment to helping others learn and develop.
