Nursery Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to join our team at JEM Childcare Solutions. Our clients' beautiful nursery in Barnet is a busy and dynamic setting that requires a skilled leader to support the day-to-day running of the nursery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of childcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and education to children.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the nursery meets the highest standards of care and safety.
  • Work closely with the nursery team to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the nursery.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure the nursery runs efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • A minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years/Childcare.
  • At least 3 years' experience of working in a Day Nursery.
  • At least 2 years' experience of leading and supporting teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A genuine passion and enthusiasm for working with children and helping others learn.
