Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and deal with customer complaints and inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Assist in the supervision of sales staff and ensure they meet company standards.

  • Utilize visual merchandising techniques to attract and engage customers.
  • Assist with the induction and training of new starters and provide ongoing support to existing staff.

Requirements:

  • Previous retail management experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
