About the Role
As a Helpline Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and healthcare professionals, providing empathetic and professional support to ensure they receive the care and services they need. You will be responsible for managing workload, organizing additional tasks, and project work to ensure internal and contractual KPIs are met. You will also be expected to ensure team compliance with business health and safety procedures and pass on escalated queries to resolve issues in a professional and positive manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide empathetic and professional support to service patients, families, and clinical leads.
- Manage workload, including organizing additional tasks and project work to ensure internal and contractual KPIs are met.
- Ensure team compliance with business health and safety procedures.
- Pass on escalated queries to resolve issues in a professional and positive manner.
- Problem solve and decision make in a busy environment across a wide range of subjects.
- Complete training, including identifying and addressing training needs.
About You
We are looking for a kind, friendly, and communicative individual who enjoys helping people and is excited about working for Baywater Healthcare. You will need to have active listening skills, excellent communication skills, and be able to use IT systems, including Microsoft Office software. You will also need to be able to think quickly and problem solve, and have self-motivated behavior with excellent timekeeping, time management, and organizational skills.
