**About the role**

Responsible for supporting the Helpline Team Leader in all daily tasks, acting as team leader out of hours and as and when required. Supporting the Team Leader to ensure that all department KPSs are met each month.

**What you will be doing**
- Assist the Team Leader with day to day implementation of team objectives
- Provide support with queries handled by team members who need support/guidance
- Problem solving equipment queries using NHS approved algorithm.
- Processing Home Oxygen Order Forms through NHS approved Desk Based Risk Assessment

**Our goal**

Our goal is not just to develop better products and services though - it’s about improving the quality of people’s lives. Baywater Healthcare employs just under 400 people in the UK and has its headquarters in Crewe, Cheshire. The office is home to a 24-hour call centre, as well as administrative support for all oxygen, ventilation, nebuliser, sleep and telehealth therapy services.

Therefore, as well as equipment and consumables designed for patient comfort; 24/7 support; and equipment servicing and maintenance at home, we also offer advice and support from specialist Clinical Advisers.
