Executive Assistant to a Founder in the Art Sector

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to join our team at Leaman Consulting Limited. As the trusted right-hand person to the founder, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing the schedule, and ensuring seamless communication with internal and external stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone with a background in the art world, gallery, or luxury goods, with at least 8 years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a similar environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the founder's diary, prioritizing tasks and adapting to changing circumstances.
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
- Develop and maintain effective email correspondence, representing the founder's voice.
- Prepare high-quality speech drafts and presentations.
- Oversee meeting preparations, ensuring timely delivery of agendas and minutes.
- Provide exceptional support to the founder, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Arrange private events, gifts, and other personal requests as required.
