Join Our Team as a Junior Front of House Manager

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Junior Front of House Manager. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example and motivate your team to provide outstanding customer service
  • Develop strong relationships with your team and colleagues to create a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Monitor the financial performance of your restaurant and contribute to achieving sales targets
  • Nurture a culture of fun and encourage your team to be their best selves
  • Create an inclusive environment where everyone feels respected and valued
  • Think on your feet and make quick decisions to resolve any issues that may arise

  • A competitive hourly rate of £11.70, plus £2.80 average tips per hour
