Teaching Assistant Opportunity in Stratford-upon-Avon

We are working with a specialist School in Stratford-upon-Avon who are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of their pupils, supporting their learning and personal development in a nurturing environment.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to pupil needs, promoting focus, independence, and personal care as required. The role involves assisting pupils in accessing the curriculum, fostering independence and self-esteem, and preparing and maintaining the learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist pupils in accessing the curriculum, fostering independence and self-esteem.
  • Work with individuals or small groups, promoting focus, independence, and personal care as needed.
  • Prepare and maintain the learning environment, support behaviour management, and help with administrative tasks.
  • Uphold school policies, values, and safeguarding protocols.
