About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Adoptions Specialist to join our team at Vistry Group. This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with our Build & Commercial Departments to ensure a timely sign-off/handover for roads, sewers, pump stations, play areas, and open spaces on historic and new developments.

As an Adoptions Specialist, you will be responsible for working with external adopting bodies, including Highways Authorities, Water Authorities, Councils, and Management Companies, to secure Provisional Certificates and arrange site inspections of infrastructure at the end of maintenance periods. You will also be required to update the Companies Bonds Management Schedule on a regular basis and ensure that a monthly report is available to the Technical Manager.

This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong organizational and time management skills. You must be able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
