About the Role

We are seeking a Roads and Utilities Transfer Specialist to join our team at Vistry Bristol, Clifton office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely completion of infrastructure works, including roads, sewers, pumping stations, and public open spaces.

You will work closely with Build teams to ensure compliance with approved documentation and engage with Management Companies to facilitate the adoption process. Your strong analytical skills and ability to communicate complex information effectively will be invaluable in this role.
