About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Adoption Specialist to join our team at Vistry Bristol. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth adoption process of roads, sewers, pumping stations, and public open spaces in the Western Region.

This is a challenging role that requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in civil engineering and site management, as well as a thorough understanding of the adoption process.

Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

About the Job

The Infrastructure Adoption Specialist will be responsible for working with the Build and Commercial Departments to ensure timely sign-off and handover of infrastructure works. This includes attending sites during construction, identifying and recording issues, monitoring quality, and providing positive feedback or raising concerns with the build team and contractors.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for liaising with Technical Coordinators, Design Consultants, and Solicitors to ensure that infrastructure agreements and deeds are in place. They will resolve all issues arising from completed sites, ensuring compliance with titles deeds, maintenance bonds, and other legal requirements.
