Main Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with teaching assistants to develop tailored support plans, enhancing student engagement and achievement
  • Implement targeted interventions, addressing specific areas of need and promoting holistic development
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of student needs, informing instructional strategies and resource allocation
  • Utilize evidence-based practices to address challenging behaviors, minimizing disruptions and maximizing learning opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues, fostering a collaborative and inclusive community

A teaching qualification with QTS and an enhanced DBS on the update service are essential. Salary range: £32,000 - £48,000 per annum, influenced by experience and performance.
