About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Primary Teacher to join our team at ABC Teachers. The successful candidate will work with students who have Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD) and complex needs, delivering personalized education and care.

Responsibilities and Expectations

  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
  • Provide tailored education and support to meet the diverse needs of students with PMLD and complex needs.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate regularly with parents and carers regarding student progress.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Experience working with students with learning and physical disabilities.
  • Knowledge of EHCPs and their application in educational settings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
