RNT Fitness specializes in helping busy professionals achieve weight loss, improved health, and increased confidence. Our transformations extend beyond physical changes, with members experiencing life-changing benefits in their relationships, careers, and families.

As an Online Transformation Coach, you'll play a pivotal role in our mission to build a high-performing team, contributing to our track record of 4000+ success stories and counting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sport & Exercise Science or a related field, and/or 2+ years of experience in the fitness industry
  • Strong communication skills in written and video formats
  • Ability to work M-F full-time hours (40 hours a week)
  • Uncapped Performance-Based Commission
  • Full-time, permanent employment (beyond probation)
  • Remote position with a 4-hour crossover period between 8am-5pm BST M-F
  • World-class mentorship from experienced Transformation Coaches
  • 28 days paid holiday per year included
