Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced retail training coach to join our team. As a retail training coach, you will be responsible for building collaborative relationships with store staff and business unit stakeholders, engaging all stakeholders in the retail excellence journey, and developing and following up on training actions.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Build Collaborative Relationships

Establish and maintain strong relationships with store staff and business unit stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Engage Stakeholders

Engage all stakeholders in the retail excellence journey, including store staff, business unit stakeholders, and other relevant parties.

Develop and Implement Training Actions

Develop and implement training actions to improve people skills and business results, including on-site training and coaching.

Monitor and Evaluate Results

Monitor and evaluate the results of training actions to ensure effectiveness and make adjustments as needed.

Provide Training Reports

Provide regular training reports to stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountability.

Shadow and Coach Store Staff

Shadow and coach store staff to reveal their potential and improve their skills.

Encourage Sales Staff

Encourage sales staff to develop customer interaction and increase transformation.

Liaise with Local Sales and Marketing Teams

Liaise with local sales and marketing teams to align visions and ensure common goals.

Propose New Initiatives

Propose new initiatives and implementation measures to improve retail excellence.

Monitor Travel and Expenses Budget

Monitor and manage the travel and expenses budget to ensure effective use of resources.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. 6 to 10 years' experience

in learning and development, coaching, or training.

Flexible and Agile Approach

A flexible and agile approach to working, with the ability to work autonomously and be outgoing.

Fluent in English

Fluency in English is required.

Travel Retail Experience

Travel retail experience would be an advantage.

Happy to Travel

You must be happy to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.
