Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of stakeholder engagement strategies and plans
  • Manage delivery of a wide range of engagement activities, including conferences, focus groups, surveys, and roundtables
  • Work closely with internal colleagues to ensure the business is actively responding to stakeholder insight and intelligence
  • Develop and maintain digital spaces to share information and support stakeholder learning
  • Provide professional advice to colleagues on engagement approaches for key projects

Requirements:

  • Established stakeholder management expertise, including stakeholder mapping, audience segmentation, and positive relationship building
  • Demonstrable experience developing and delivering stakeholder engagement opportunities in large-scale complex industries
  • Excellent programme management and tactical engagement planning skills
  • Digital expertise and creative approaches to ensuring stakeholder engagement through digital content
  • A minimum GCSE or equivalent in English Language and Maths
