Operations Coordinator

As an Operations Assistant at CTS Offshore and Marine, you will be responsible for creating new projects, quotes, invoices, and purchase orders in our CRM system. You will also prepare and send out quotations to clients, issue and chase sales invoices, and communicate with manning agents and freelancers for required manpower.

You will arrange international and domestic travel, hotels, visas, and issue guarantee and visa invitation letters. Additionally, you will liaise with port agents regarding the transfer of personnel and goods to/from vessels/rigs, and liaise with suppliers for the purchase/rent of equipment, tools, and consumables for projects.

You will keep track of several overseas engineering and consultancy projects at once, file project records to comply with ISO 9001, 14001, 29001, and 45001 standards, and monitor costs to ensure they are within budgets.

You will also check personnel certificates and training records to ensure that personnel have valid certifications, and maintain office and stationary supplies. Furthermore, you will keep track of petty cash expenses and check personnel expenses.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder (but not necessary)
  • Experience in Administrative/Operations positions (preferably in Marine/Offshore/Marine Oil and Gas, construction, or similar background)
  • Must have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role
