Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned coffee enthusiast with a passion for leadership to join our team as General Manager. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in running and growing our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Excellence
    • Lead and manage day-to-day coffee production, quality control, and customer service operations to ensure a seamless and exceptional experience for customers.
  • Team Leadership
    • Recruit, train, and mentor a diverse team of coffee professionals.
  • Coffee Expertise
    • Utilize your in-depth knowledge of coffee roasting, brewing techniques, and flavor profiles to educate staff and guide product offering decisions.
  • Customer Engagement
    • Develop and implement strategies to engage with the local coffee community, building brand loyalty and customer satisfaction.
  • Financial Management
    • Oversee budgeting, cost control, and revenue generation to ensure the financial success of the store.
  • High-Tech Integration
    • Leverage our cutting-edge technology platform to optimize operations, inventory management, and customer engagement.
  • Compliance
    • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.

Requirements

  • Previous roles in F&B, coffee shop or roastery management, with a track record of successful business growth.
  • A deep love for coffee and a comprehensive understanding of the coffee industry, from bean to cup.
  • Creative thinker who can tackle challenges head-on and implement effective solutions.
