Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and innovative Head Chef to lead our kitchen team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing new menu ideas, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring exceptional food quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement new menu ideas, taking into account seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
- Manage kitchen operations, including staff supervision, inventory control, and health and safety protocols
- Ensure exceptional food quality and presentation, maintaining high standards in all aspects of kitchen operations
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives, including revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing kitchen team, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects
