Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the registered manager with duties related to CQC outcomes, ensuring compliance is maintained.
  • Work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of patients, ensuring practice policies and procedures are followed.
  • Provide care for presenting patients, including treatment, chronic disease management, and evaluation of care.
What We Offer

As a Practice Nurse at Balderton Primary Care Centre, you can expect:

  • An annual salary of up to £48,000, dependent on qualifications and experience.
  • 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays pro rata.
