Digital Marketing Manager, Ads Marketing Demand Generation

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Digital Marketing Manager to develop and deliver marketing programs that drive customer adoption and deepen their relationship with Amazon Ads.
As a key member of our team, you will design, test, and scale best-in-class marketing campaigns and programs to drive effective customer experience. You will leverage modern marketing automation tools to build multi-step campaigns that inform advertisers of new product developments, promotions, and optimization opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Planning, designing, and executing cross-channel marketing initiatives that drive adoption of Amazon Ads solutions.
- Partnering with program owners throughout Amazon Ads and owning the channel strategy to iterate and test different ways to communicate key messages.
- Optimizing against key metrics including CTR, open rates, attribution metrics, and engagement.
- Tracking best practices, monitoring industry trends, and making recommendations.
- Providing clear, consistent, and frequent communication with stakeholders to outline strategy, tactics, goals, and performance of campaigns.
The ideal candidate will be able to work at the strategic level (generating bold and innovative ideas for growth) and at the tactical level (creating and managing campaigns with marketing automation tools, analyzing customer engagement data, and solving problems). The Digital Marketing Manager should be passionate about the customer and must have proven marketing automation experience, analytical capabilities, project management skills, and the ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
- Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams.
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables).
- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or other related area.
- Basic SQL knowledge.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment where not all processes and procedures are clearly defined.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience equally comfortable building strategic marketing plans and executing at a tactical level.
- Experience using customer research, hard data, and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs.
- Good understanding of SQL and data processing tools.
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, innovative, and rapidly evolving industry and business organization.
- Attention to detail, excellent organization skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
