About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join Yolk Recruitment Ltd's collaborative and supportive team in the UK. As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate supplier accounts and ensuring timely payments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date supplier accounts.
  • Processing card payments from clients via telephone.
  • Balancing accounts and resolving discrepancies.
  • Managing staff expense claims efficiently.
  • Performing general financial administrative tasks.
  • Assisting in recovering outstanding payments as required.

An estimated salary for this role is £24,000-£26,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About You
  • You should have proven experience in a similar role with knowledge of purchase/sales ledger processes.
  • Proficiency with accounting software and strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
