Job Title: Food and Beverage Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Address Glasgow is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurants, bars, and events, ensuring exceptional customer service and high-quality food and beverage experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support the food and beverage team to ensure high-quality customer service and efficient operations
  • Assist in training and development of team members to improve hospitality skills and knowledge
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste and optimize profitability
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, licensing requirements, and company policies
  • Respond to guest queries, issues, and complaints in a professional and timely manner

Requirements:

Previous experience in a food and beverage role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment

Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, as well as health and safety regulations

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service

Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
