As a key member of our team, you will be expected to maintain a high level of knowledge and expertise in group fitness instruction, as well as possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with our members to understand their fitness goals and provide personalized support and guidance to help them achieve their objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-energy and engaging group fitness classes to a variety of age groups and fitness levels
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of group fitness instruction and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our members, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Work collaboratively with our team to promote a positive and inclusive fitness environment
- Maintain accurate records of class attendance and member progress
