About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Gymnastics Instructor to join our team at Places Leisure. As a Gymnastics Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality gymnastics lessons to customers of all ages and abilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver gymnastics lessons to groups and individuals, promoting a safe and supportive learning environment.
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans, incorporating a range of gymnastics skills and activities.
  • Work closely with the Head Gymnastics Coach to ensure consistency and quality in lesson delivery.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to customers, helping them to improve their gymnastics skills and achieve their goals.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe facility, adhering to company procedures and regulations.

Requirements

  • Qualifications in gymnastics coaching or a related field, or a willingness to work towards obtaining these qualifications.
  • Experience in a coaching or teaching environment, preferably in a gymnastics setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • A passion for gymnastics and a commitment to delivering high-quality lessons and customer service.
